Custom decorated products and apparel do require payment before production starts. All methods of payments are accepted.
Time
Customizing products and apparel is a process requiring numerous steps. Such as Inventory availability, shipping, concept to ready art, supplies, and final production. Adequate time allowance is needed for each step, final production time is normally 7-10 business days from art approval.
Quality Standards
Quality takes priority on every level. Beginning with the customer service. Then a minimum standard for all blank products or apparel, no junk allowed. Followed by detailed attentions, from the art to the print.
